GoPacific Services primarily focuses on customer satisfaction. In case, if any customer is not satisfied with any product then he or she is applicable to get a refund for that product if the following criteria are full filled:
- The refund option is only applicable for 30 days after the product is purchased.
- In case of a fault in any product which is purchased from GoPacific, the full product purchase price will be refunded to the customer
- If the customer simply changes his or her mind, then GoPacific will not be able to refund entire amount but we will make sure that a good amount is refunded as our primary focus is on customer satisfaction.
- Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or through Contact Us page prior to sending any refund order back to us.
- If the customer applied for services of creating the website, purchasing Domain or Hosting Domain then, the applicable charges are non-refundable, as per the case.
